Aroma Alchemy Candles ships orders within the United States. All items are hand-poured and packaged with care.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or for large orders, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered, it is considered complete.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
